LRS Formula USA is the sister company of LRS Formula Europe. LRS Formula Europe trains hundreds of individuals annually from all over the world on the most famous European race tracks.

Laurent Rédon:
Founder and manager of LRS Formula Europe,
Laurent Rédon has 15 years of experience at the highest
levels of professional racing.
After spending 1998 and 1999 as the third driver for the Mild Seven Benetton Playliffe Formula One team, Laurent Redon went on to the Indycar championship in 2001 and drove for Conquest Racing. In 2002 he won the coveted Rookie of the Year award. Armed with this driving experience in 2002 Redon established LRS-Formula the first Formula One driving school in an industrial area at the Magny-Cours circuit in Nevers, France.

- All of our instructors are certified and are required to undergo recurency testing on a regular basis.
The training team comprises of car racing professionals driven by the highest standard of safety: instructors (fully state certified), track marshals, mechanics, doctors, paramedics, etc, teach the technique of race car driving, allowing the trainee a safe improvement.
Technical Staff
Safety is our priority, constantly.
The pleasure of driving a F1 or F2000 race car is not based on performance. If the behavior of a driver creates an unsafe environment for himself or other drivers or the cars, his Racing Challenge session will be stopped immediately.
Our technical staff meticulously check and tune each car before and after every class.
The technical team services and controls thoroughly the F1 and F2000 race cars after each session. Technical validations also take place each morning before the sessions.
The training team comprises of car racing professionals driven by the highest standard of safety: instructors (fully state certified), track marshals, mechanics, doctors, paramedics, etc, teach the technique of race car driving, allowing the trainee a safe improvement.
- Technical staff: Composed of mechanics and engineers with many years of professional experience in Formula 1 racing.
- Each car is validated by an instructor around the track before class to ensure readiness of equipment.
- Each car has been equipped with a traction control (ASR) system which reduces rear wheel spin for easier and safer handling on the race track.
- Instructors, mechanics and safety crew will closely monitor students during track runs.
- All safety equipment worn by all students, including triple layer nomex suits, nomex hood, gloves, helmets etc.are provided by LRS (we use brand names like OMP and Alpinestars which are certified by the FIA )
- The maximum number of students for our training class is limited to 15.

Event Environment / Guest Services
Instructions and briefings are in English. Any misunderstanding of this could compromise the safety of the drivers, so keep in mind if you need someone to speak to you in another language, please ask our sales associates to make any translation arrangements before registering.
All drivers and passengers will be divided into their appropriate groups, and Racing Challenge events will run through lunch time to maximize the use of the track time. A variety of different Racing Challenge events are available for your consideration. Keep in mind, you can purchase additional laps on the track to extend your unforgettable driving expereince.
- The ground school is provided indoors within the track facility.
- A fully catered breakfast and luncheon and additional food and beverages are provided throughout the day.
- Each student enrolled in a Warm-up, or Qualification program is allowed to bring three guests to share this incredible experience. A nominal $75.00* fee will allow your guests to experience several activities including meals, track reconnaissance with instructor on board a shuttle, ground school (as room permits), pit access, go behind safety rails for photos or video.
- Guests will also be able to purchase rides in the LR3S our 3 seater Formula 1 at a reduced price.
